Windward R/C Covers reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. Since this is a custom product there can be no exchanges. Windward R/C Covers will accept claims to repair any defects in workmanship for only up to 30 days after delivery. To return for repair, the customer must get an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Windward R/C Covers. Pictures of the defect and a detailed description of the problem must be sent to orders@windwardrc.com. No refunds will be given, only authorized defects can be returned for repair.
